Hanoi Law University’s main campus is located at 87 Nguyễn Chí Thanh, covering a total area of approximately 1.4 hectares with over 36,000 m² of building space. The campus features a modern lecture building (Building A) with 15 floors that house lecture halls, seminar rooms, classrooms, meeting spaces, and student activity areas. The facilities are equipped with elevators, multimedia systems, and modern learning technology to support academic programs and student engagement.
§ Daklak campus
The Daklak branch is a branch campus established in 2019 on the basis of the former Buon Ma Thuot Law College, following decisions by the Ministry of Education and Training and the Ministry of Justice.
Minister Le Thanh Long and the Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel, Ministry of Education and Training, presented the Decision to establish a branch of Hanoi Law University in Dak Lak province.
2. Daklak Campus:
The Daklak branch has a clearly defined mission to provide legal education at undergraduate and postgraduate levels and contribute to legal research and community legal services in the Central Highlands region. This branch plays an important role in extending HLU’s reach into the Central Highlands, enhancing legal education access in this region, supporting local legal workforce development, and contributing to social and economic progress.

§ 3. Bac Ninh campus
Hanoi Law University is expanding its physical infrastructure in Đồng Nguyên Ward, Từ Sơn City, Bắc Ninh Province. The campus project began in 2019 and covers a large site of approximately 28 hectares with a total investment of nearly 1,800 billion VND.
Campus buildings and basic infrastructure have been completed and the facility has been officially inaugurated in August 2025. Designed to serve legal education and training needs for a large student body, initially accommodating around 11,000 students in future phases. Provides modern learning spaces, lecture halls, student support areas, dormitories, and digital and smart teaching infrastructure to support high-quality, technology-enhanced education.
This campus is part of strategic efforts to expand access to legal education in the northern region of Vietnam, strengthen the University’s regional presence, and enhance capacity for both domestic and international programs. It reflects the Government’s priority to modernize legal education and develop professional human resources in law.

Each campus of Hanoi Law University provides its own student dormitory facilities, designed to meet the accommodation needs of students at different scales and capacities. The dormitories offer safe, convenient, and supportive living environments that contribute to students’ academic and personal development.
In particular, the University reserves dedicated accommodation areas for international students and visiting experts, ensuring appropriate standards, comfort, and living conditions that meet international requirements and support effective study, research, and professional activities.
