1. Programme Information

+ Duration: Two weeks

+ Location: Hanoi, Vietnam

+ Programme Language: English

+ Programme Fee: USD 600 per participant

2. Eligibility Applicants must meet the following criteria:

+ Be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate programme.

+ Have an academic background in law, political science, international relations, public policy, or related fields.

+ Possess sufficient English proficiency to participate in lectures and discussions conducted in English.

+ Students from partner universities are strongly encouraged to apply.

3. Application Process & Required Documents:

To apply for the Vietnam Law Summer School 2026, applicants should complete the Application Form (Link) and submit the required supporting documents. The required documents include:

+ Academic transcript (unofficial accepted)

+ Copy of passport identification page

Applications will be reviewed by the programme committee, and successful applicants will receive an official letter of acceptance with further instructions for programme participation.

4. Application Timeline

+ Application Deadline: 30/05/2026

+ Notification of Acceptance: 20/06/2026

+ Programme Fee Payment Deadline: 30/06/2026

5. Programme Fee Coverage The programme fee includes:

+ Tuition, academic programme, and course materials

+ Certificate of completion

+ Local transportation (as per the programme)

+ Airport pick-up (only provided for groups of more than 5 students)

+ Opening ceremony and Farewell party/tea break

+ Field visits and cultural activities, specifically: Trang An – Bai Dinh excursion, Bat Trang Ceramic Village visit, Hanoi Old Quarter tour, and a Water puppet theatre performance.

=> Important Note: The programme fee does not include:

+ International airfare/travel expenses

+ Accommodation

+ Visa fees

+ Meals (except those specified above)

+ Other personal expenses

6. Visa Support

+ International participants are responsible for obtaining a visa to enter Vietnam.

+ Hanoi Law University will provide an official acceptance letter to support visa applications if required.
